Episode 1
"Up, Over and Out"
Paying homage to the past, present, and future of jazz, these incredible artists have come together for the first time as a cohesive group to play iconic jazz standards at the famous Rudy Van Gelder Studio. In this episode, the group is performing “Up Over and Out” by Hank Mobley.

Episode 2
"Boperation"
Legendary jazz bassist, Cecil McBee, passes on the baton to the next generation of jazz musicians, giving his approval that "Jazz is alive and well." This episode also features an exclusive performance of "Boperation" originally recorded by Howard McGhee and Fats Navarro.

Episode 3
"Sean Jones"
Sean Jones shares his connection to Bach Trumpets through stories about his early years on the trumpet, conversations with his Grandma, and advice from the legendary "Prof" Bill Fielder.

Episode 4
"Selmer Saxophones"
The sound of Selmer Saxophones is embedded in the legendary Rudy Van Gelder recordings. In this episode, Jaleel Shaw describes the legacy of those recordings on his career and the beautiful tone produced through his Selmer Alto Supreme.

Episode 5
"Bach Trumpets"
Over the years, the sound from Bach trumpets has painted the walls of Rudy Van Gelder Studio. Listen to artists Summer Camargo & Sean Jones describe how Bach is engrained in their own foundations of playing and practicing the music.
